Rayo is a Houston native and played on the Houstonians FC when the club was first formed in 1995. He has an extensive list of accomplishments including: Played four years on South Texas Olympic Development Program team; member of Region III ODP team as well as member of U.S. Under-18 National Team (1st Houstonian to do so); played for Houstonian Soccer Club coached by Eric McCurdy; went to ESP in 1996; played for the U.S. in Bolivia for the U-16 Mundialito and placed third in this tournament.


High School: Rayo was a two-time all-state and three time all-district performer at Lamar High. He was twice named MVP having scored 22 goals and dished out six assists in 12 games in final senior year at Northbrook High.


2000: Rayo chose UAB over Tulsa, FIU, Fairleigh Dickinson, Mobile, and SMU. He scored four goals with three coming in last five games; scored two against Georgia State before leaving game with an injury; came back to score a goal in 3-2 win over Louisville; also scored a goal in his start against Mercer; had one assist in 2-1 win over sixth-ranked Furman; also had assist in win over Louisville in the C-USA Tournament; played in 13 games, starting two. He also played and started in NCAA Tournament vs Washington.


2001: Rayo competed in 20 games during season, starting 18 where he netted three goals and had an assist; was third on the team with two game-winning goals; first goal of season was a game-winner against Pittsburgh; scored another game-winner against C-USA rival Marquette; also scored in 4-0 win over DePaul; recorded lone assist of season against Cincinnati; had season-high three shots against TCU.


2002: Rayo played in 16 games, starting 11 times, he tallied two goals and a career-high three assists for seven points; scored a goal on his first shot of the season against San Diego; also scored the game-winning goal and had an assist against nationally-ranked Tulsa; recorded other two assists against Georgia State and Rhode Island; finished with 25 shots for the season which was third-best on team; had a career best seven shots against Birmingham-Southern.


Rayo began his coaching career at Vestavia Steamers (AL) and won the Alabama State Championship.


Professionally, he is a full Time Realtor with Exceed Realty and now resides near Spring Branch. He and his wife, Veronica have three children, Milan, Alexis, and Alessandra.

Jeff graduated High School as a letterman & state champion player. He then went on, joining the military where he served for 8 years. He spent the first half of his military career living in Fajardo, Puerto Rico; during this time he simultaneously played soccer part-time as a defender for Fuego Tormenta (2001-2005), a men’s team in the East Puerto Rico Men’s League.

Jeff graduated college in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Legal Studies and has continued additional education in the area of professional business management, executive leadership and sustainability.

Professionally, Jeff works in the new construction & home building industry. Jeff oversees and manages the overall performance of the sub-division project, across all aspects of homebuilding including Development, Project Planning, Construction, Customer Service/Warranty, Risk Management and Compliance, General Management/Business Planning and Administration. He also provides insight for solutions to issues related to Purchasing, Development, Sales and Marketing. His goal is to maximize business results both in the short- and long-term, including return on inventory (margin and turn), achievement of business plan, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement and operational excellence.

In addition to his primary employment obligations and his duties to the Houstonians FC as a team trainer and officer of the corporation, Jeff also enjoys living in the passion he has for the sport by now playing recreationally from time to time. Jeff enjoys his personal time with his wife Amber, two son’s, Caleb and Roman and his daughter Valentina.

As the VP at Large for the Houstonians Jorge coordinates all field permitting between the City of Houston and the Club and allocates those fields to teams.

Jorge is greatly involved in all special projects of the organization and is invaluable to the Club. He currently coaches and trains on two teams.

Professionally, Jorge works in educational field at one of the largest community college systems in the United States, serving over 55,000 students each semester and 7,000 employees.

Jorge resides in Houston. He is married to his wife Ethel and they have two sons, Jeremiah and Mathew, both of whom are Houstonians players.

 Noé I. Bastidas graduated from Yale University in 1999 with a degree in Engineering and additional work in Educational Reform.


Noé has served on and chaired the boards of nonprofit organizations and government entities as well as community councils for corporate and professional firms. His community work has focused on inner city initiatives and investing in community development projects. Noé has served on the Houstonians board since 2007, serving as President and General Manager.


Professionally, Noé oversees restructuring initiatives related to organic and inorganic growth projects for public and private sector organizations. Noé’s professional experience has included expansion and re-engineering projects, as well as startup and turnaround initiatives.


On a personal note, Noé has been married years to his wife, Teresa, since 2000. Teresa and Noé have three sons, Noé, Ivan and Mateo.
